Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations, technology, or related field.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with global and regional Service Sales leaders to strengthen the operating model and alignment to growth priorities.
- Support adoption of standardized Service Sales processes, governance routines, KPI frameworks, and reporting cadences.
- Drive governance routines for pipeline health, forecast quality, renewal readiness, and quote progression.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure execution through influence and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain service sales process frameworks, playbooks, and manager routines.
- Define standard KPIs, dashboards, and operating reports for leadership reviews and governance meetings.
