Job summary

FoxConn Assembly, LLC is seeking a Service Program Manager to coordinate supply chain projects with clients. You will manage internal resources to ensure on-time, on-scope, on-budget delivery across service centers, and monitor KPIs and backlogs.

The role requires experience in manufacturing supplier management, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with ERP, SAP, and MS Office tools. Bachelor’s in engineering/science/business is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or Business or similar field preferred.
• Five to seven years of material management or supplier management experience in manufacturing preferred.
• APICS, PMP, SAP and SOP knowledge desirable/preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources for flawless execution of supply chain projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
• Lead weekly/daily client meetings and reviews.
• Monitor service backlog and KPI performance.
• Develop service opportunities and prepare quotations for client review.
