Job summary

Foxconn Group in the United States seeks a Supply Chain Program Manager who acts as the critical bridge between global production sites and the customer, coordinating demand and supply and overseeing capacity utilization. You will interact daily with customers, manage escalations, monitor on-time delivery, and partner with Operations and BPM teams to align programs across sites.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3–5+ years in manufacturing operations, and strong Excel data modeling skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Management.
• 3–5+ years in Operations and Supply Chain within manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Word Processing and Excel for data modeling.
• Ability to provide direct work leadership across global production sites.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers daily to provide status updates and resolve escalations.
• Align customer demand with site production and monitor OTD.
• Collaborate with internal Operations teams for program alignment.
• Manage site capacity and pricing strategies with BPM teams.
• Prepare data-driven reports for business reviews and executive decisions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
