Responsibilities

• Develop and own the multi-year global service parts strategy aligned to company growth objectives.
• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across regions, including pricing and channel expansion.
• Set global standards and KPIs for service parts performance with regional flexibility.
• Partner with sales and marketing to build go-to-market strategies for parts.
• Collaborate with NPDI to ensure product releases support strategic growth.
• Lead governance cadences to track regional performance against global targets.
