Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Marketing, or similar.
• 1–3 years' experience in product service, product development or management, supply chain, or related field.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
• ERP experience, preferably Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and reviewing Service Parts Lists to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Product Marketing to forecast first-year buys for service parts.
• Coordinate with global Sourcing and Manufacturing on quotes and pricing for internal and external customers.
• Ensure service part master data is accurate with the Master Data Team.
• Maintain stock and readiness for launches with Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams.
• Support cost/pricing, inventories, and data updates across cross‑functional teams.
• Travel 10–15% domestic; occasional international travel.
