Job summary

You will lead AI-enabled tools for technicians, coordinate with HMC, GITA, and dealer networks, and oversee aftermarket information programs.

The role requires strong project management, automotive expertise, and excellent communication skills, with travel to support global initiatives and SOP reviews.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate; bachelor’s preferred; master’s a plus.
• Six+ years in automotive OE or distributor in a technical capacity.
• Two+ years collaborating with global teams and three+ years project management.
• Experience with large system migrations or content platform launches.
• Strong automotive technology understanding and proficient software skills.
• Excellent writing, verbal, and communication abilities; Microsoft Office proficient.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer shop manual content, TSBs, and related articles.
• Coordinate with HMC, GITA, and other groups to ensure content accuracy.
• Align HMA/GMA content with global direction and RTR obligations.
• Improve service information portal usability and performance.
• Lead AI-based technician support initiatives and pilots.
• Oversee aftermarket service information programs and subscriptions.
