Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Experience leading teams on short-term, critical-path engineering programs.
• Ability to read reports, write technical documents, and present to groups.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced computing capabilities (finite element analysis, SAP, Windchill).

Responsibilities

• Lead engineers, technicians, and interns supporting LTSA and Service Operations.
• Ensure timely technical evaluations and disposition of non-conformances.
• Maintain year-round field service engineering coverage.
• Develop staffing plans balancing internal growth and outsourced services.
• Coordinate with global teams to implement design improvements.
