Job summary

Fluke Corporation seeks a Senior Metrologist for the Everett Service Center. You will lead metrology efforts, review calibration results, and provide technical support to internal and external customers to ensure high-quality measurements.

The role emphasizes development of calibration methods, uncertainty analyses, and leadership in metrology quality systems with a focus on accredited calibrations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or Physics preferred; PMEL training or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in MET/CAL, C#, VB, Java and/or Python for data analysis and process control.
• 3+ years in Metrology supporting ISO/IEC 17025 accredited calibrations preferred.
• Ability to develop detailed uncertainty analyses using GUM and guidance docs.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and team skills.
• Ability to write technical documents and communicate to varied audiences.
• Strong time management, self-motivation, and teamwork.
• Experience training technicians and metrologists on calibration practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop calibration methods and techniques for high-level Fluke products.
• Create and review uncertainty analyses; support accredited calibrations.
• Drive continuous improvement of calibration processes and metrology quality systems.
• Provide metrology leadership to the laboratory and support customers.
