Job summary

Fluke, a leader in test tools, seeks a Service Engineering Manager in Everett, WA. You will lead a diverse engineering organization supporting global service operations, including NPI, sustaining engineering, and lab-based manufacturing/test. Travel globally and onsite presence required.

You will shape team structures, recruit and mentor engineers, and ensure service priorities align with product development and customer needs. Strong CAD, automation, and diagnostics experience are valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or related field.
8+ years in service engineering, test, or manufacturing engineering.
Experience leading technical teams and cross-functional programs.
Knowledge of service environments, NPI, sustaining engineering, and lab operations.

Responsibilities

Lead a multi-functional service engineering organization supporting global service operations.
Define team structures, hire and coach engineering talent, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Oversee NPI and sustaining engineering, ensuring service considerations are integrated into product development.
Direct lab-based manufacturing/test/DFX engineering and drive standardization across service labs.
Define PCA repair strategy and build capability with a scalable operating model.
Develop and maintain ISO 17025 aligned quality systems and global procedures.
