Qualifications

• Current junior in college entering senior year in Fall 2027, with interest in Business, Innovation and Design or Project Management.
• GPA of 3.3 or higher demonstrated through academic records.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
• Interest in analytics, processes improvement and using data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Join a dynamic team at the heart of global operations and partner with business leaders to deliver insights for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Gain hands-on experience managing high-volume financial transactions with accuracy and deadlines.
• Collaborate on projects using large data sets and learn to communicate findings effectively.
• Participate in process improvement activities and exposure to AI tools.
