Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) invites you to a 10-week Service Delivery Internship to gain hands-on exposure to global investor services. You will work with operations and client service teams, handling high-volume transactions and data-driven projects.

You will receive mentorship from industry leaders, participate in professional development activities, and contribute to BBHcares community initiatives, all while working on-site to maximize collaboration and learning.

Qualifications

• Current junior in college, entering senior year in Fall 2027, with a background in and passion for Business, Innovation and Design, or Project Management.
• Demonstrated leadership through academic or extracurricular activities.
• Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal; ability to explain technical issues plainly.

Responsibilities

• Join a dynamic team at the heart of global operations; deliver insights to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Manage high-volume financial transactions with accuracy and meet deadlines.
• Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and escalate findings when needed.
• Build relationships with internal/external clients to resolve issues and minimize risk.
• Contribute to process improvements and share ideas for operational efficiency.
