Qualifications

Currently a junior in college, entering senior year Fall 2027 with GPA 3.3+
Demonstrated leadership through academics and extracurriculars
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain technical issues clearly
Creative/strategic thinker who works well independently and on a team
Strong ability to analyze business processes and identify improvements
Experience or interest in working with large data sets and analysis
Proficiency with Excel formulas, charts, and pivot tables

Responsibilities

Support Investor Services Service Delivery operations and client service initiatives
Manage high‑volume financial transactions with accuracy and timeliness
Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and escalate when appropriate
Communicate clearly with internal and external clients to resolve issues
Collaborate with interns on a high‑visibility project and present findings to seniors
Contribute ideas to improve operational efficiency and productivity
Engage with data projects using Generative AI tools
