Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Business or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Communications, Public Relations or related role.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business narratives for non-technical audiences.
- Experience supporting internal and external communications, executive communications and thought leadership.
Responsibilities
- Serve as communications advisor for Global Service leadership within Caterpillar’s Product Support & Logistics Division.
- Develop communication strategies aligning with executive priorities and organizational goals.
- Provide messaging counsel, assess risks, stakeholder impact and timelines across stakeholders.
- Create and manage internal communications content, ensuring branding consistency across channels.
