You will coordinate external engagement requests across Cat Digital and Cat Technology, manage intake, reviews, approvals and tracking, and maintain a central messaging hub. You will partner with Public Affairs, Communications Managers and senior leaders to identify opportunities, develop consistent messaging, monitor industry events, and help elevate

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly learn new topics, monitor industry trends and evaluate opportunities through a business lens.
• Strong written and verbal communication, ability to create clear materials for diverse audiences.
• Experience coordinating complex review and approval processes involving multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate external engagement timelines, reviews and approvals across multiple functions.
• Maintain a messaging library to ensure consistency with Enterprise Narrative.
• Identify external engagement opportunities aligned with priorities and leadership objectives.
• Monitor industry events, awards programs and speaking opportunities for consideration.
• Support executive visibility calendars, trackers and planning tools.
