Job summary

ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION LLC is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Service Cloud nationwide/global rollouts in a Chicago-based role. You will drive scalable, secure solutions and provide technical leadership across development, configuration, and QA teams.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of total experience in Salesforce ecosystem.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Entitlements, and Service Console.
• Proven experience leading regional or global Service Cloud implementations.
• Hands‑on Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning, Flows, integrations); recent coding not mandatory but strong foundation required.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, integration patterns, and governor limits.
• Experience in designing scalable solutions involving integrations with third‑party systems.
• Ability to create architectural diagrams, design documents, and technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Salesforce certifications such as Service Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud with a strong focus on Case Management and global rollouts.
• Develop scalable, secure, and high‑performance Service Cloud solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and direction to development, configuration, and QA teams.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical design documents including process flows, data models, integration specifications, and solution architecture.
• Ensure design integrity throughout the implementation lifecycle and guide teams to build according to architectural standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and cross‑functional teams to validate requirements and solution feasibility.
• Conduct reviews of configuration, customizations, integrations, and code to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and assist teams with solutioning challenges.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases, capabilities, and best practices to improve solution quality.
