Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in service, customer support, or related function.
• Proven success leading multi-region service organizations.
• Experience driving customer satisfaction, service growth, and operational improvement.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, forecasts, and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year global service strategy aligned with MSD priorities.
• Lead worldwide service organization across Americas, EMEA, China, and APAC.
• Own global service revenue, expense, and profitability performance.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement of service processes and systems.
• Build executive relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
