Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related field.
• Ten+ years of progressive leadership in service, customer support, or related function.
• Experience leading a multi-region service organization in a global environment.
• Experience driving customer satisfaction, service growth, and operational improvement.
