Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Quality Support professional to lead quality initiatives across manufacturing for global customer accounts. You will liaise between Jabil and suppliers or customers on quality issues, drive continuous improvements, and support quoting and process design activities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with at least five years of related experience, strong knowledge of corrective/preventive action, and collaboration across multi-shift operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality management across manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of corrective/preventive action processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous quality and process improvements across all shifts, ensuring consistent execution and sustainable performance.
• Support quoting activities by participation in initial process design and implementation.
• Evaluate and input to inspection processes via inspection aids and guidelines.
• Develop and implement training programs for global customer accounts.
• Maintain systems for document storage, access and review pertaining to global accounts.
• Coordinate corrective/preventive actions for supplier or customer discrepancies.
• Interface with departments on Policies and Procedures.
• Drive process improvement and optimization initiatives.
• Assist in standardizing manufacturing processes for global accounts.
• Adhere to safety, health, and security policies.
