Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, business or related field.
• Several years of experience in HR project management, ideally in international organizations or consulting environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence diverse groups across the organization.
• Excellent written and spoken English; willingness to travel internationally up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategic and operational development of the HR landscape across the EMEA region and implement future-oriented HR initiatives
• Lead international transformation and change projects from concept to successful implementation
• Partner with HR, business and IT to harmonize and digitize HR processes across the region
• Identify opportunities for improvement and develop innovative HR solutions for an efficient organization
• Provide functional leadership for complex, cross-border projects and coordinate international teams
• Serve as trusted advisor to HR leaders and business stakeholders on strategic HR initiatives
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of HR systems and drive HR digitalization
• Establish standards, best practices, and governance across the EMEA region
• Assume people leadership responsibilities in the future and support development of the HR Projects function
