Job summary

Arthrex GmbH is seeking a Senior Manager - Compliance Audit EMEA to own the program across the region and drive risk-based audits. You will plan, execute, and report audits, collaborate with functions to address findings, and implement corrective actions to reduce compliance risks.

You will provide policy guidance, support compliance investigations as needed, and lead an international team across the EMEA with strong English skills and readiness to travel.

Qualifications

• University degree in business administration, finance, accounting, law, or a comparable field.
• At least ten years of relevant professional experience with substantial leadership.
• Extensive experience in Compliance Audit across the full audit lifecycle.
• CIA/CFE or equivalent certification preferred.
• Big Four background is an advantage.
• Experience in MedTech, pharma, or life sciences regulatory environment is beneficial.
• Excellent English and willingness to travel internationally within the EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Take strategic ownership of the Compliance Audit Program across the EMEA region.
• Plan, execute, and report on risk-based compliance audits for entities and third parties.
• Address audit findings with relevant business functions and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare audit reports and management reports for compliance committees.
• Provide guidance on policies and regulatory requirements and drive process improvements.
• Lead and develop an international EMEA team and collaborate with senior leaders.
