DICKEY-john, part of the TSI Incorporated family, invites applications for a Sr. Global Product Manager – Agriculture to lead innovation, new product development, and broad portfolio management for the DICKEY-john business within TSI.

This role defines the voice of business/customers and develops value propositions for hardware, software, and services, guiding launches and the NPD pipeline. You will own the pipeline, identify market trends, conduct market research, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Engineering/Science.
• 7+ years progressive Product Management with expanded responsibilities.
• Experience leading complex projects in a matrixed organization.
• Global marketplace experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of the New Product Development (NPD) pipeline for the DICKEY-john business, including short-, medium-, and long-term projects.
• Identify trends within the Ag and adjacent industries, and develop actionable insights for strategic decision making.
• Define, create, and execute primary and secondary market research to evolve and support new product development concepts.
• Provide business and project leadership throughout the product development process, partnering cross-functionally to achieve and exceed objectives.
• Lead product launch planning, execution, and support with key customers, industries, and other partners.
• Partner with Sales to present concepts to key customers and support strategic platform development.
