SharkNinja, a global product design and technology company, is seeking a Senior Product Developer to own and govern the New Product Development process for Shark and Ninja brands. You will lead programs across functions, manage scope, cost, and schedule, and escalate risks to senior management to keep milestones on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in technical/engineering or business management field highly desired.
• 3-5+ years direct Product Development experience within a consumer products company.
• Experience driving product development within home appliance or consumer products a plus.
• Excellent written, verbal and communication skills; able to address executives and stakeholders.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Drives and actively facilitates cross-functional stakeholder interaction to bring products to market, including risks and schedule management.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure go-to-market strategy yields high sales.
• Deliver all elements of the program from ideation to end-of-life.
• Use KPIs and data to drive cross-functional decisions.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and track progress.
• Spot resource and knowledge gaps and address them.
• Channel global information to local teams and support the business.
