Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a Program Manager to own the complete New Product Development process for Shark and Ninja brands. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive timelines and resources, and ensure products reach market with speed and quality.

The role requires a technical or business degree and 3–4+ years of PM experience in consumer goods, with a proven ability to communicate with senior leadership and manage complex programs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical/engineering or business management or equivalent.
• 3-4+ years direct Program management experience in consumer goods or NPD.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without authority.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional stakeholder interactions to bring products to market.
• Collaborate on go-to-market strategies to maximize sales.
• Deliver all program elements from ideation to end-of-life.
• Use KPIs and data to inform decisions across teams.
