Job summary

Aquent is seeking a Court Apparel - Global Senior PLM to join our client's high-impact team. In this Product Manager role, you will shape future apparel lines, influence design, merchandising, and market strategy for elite athletes and everyday consumers.

You will drive end-to-end product creation for Tennis, Pickleball, and Padel, collaborate across Design, Development, Merchandising, and Sports Marketing, and lead with a clear product vision to maximize market impact worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Retail Merchandising, Business
• Minimum 6 years of product-related experience
• Demonstrated product management experience
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving, business acumen and strategic thinking
• Awareness of women's fashion and performance industries
• Passion for women's products
• Proven ability to influence partners

Responsibilities

• Lead product lifecycle for athletic apparel across Tennis, Pickleball, and Padel
• Drive product and design reviews aligned to strategy and consumer needs
• Collaborate with Design, Development, Merchandising, Marketing for launches
• Represent product vision in strategy check-ins and meetings
• Create visuals to align design, merchandising, and geography partners
• Foster a 'one team' culture across functions
• Navigate ambiguity and define clear paths for teams
• Balance elite athlete needs with retail opportunities
• Model accountability to meet deadlines and quality
