Job summary

HireTalent - Staffing & Recruiting Firm is seeking a Product Manager to oversee product creation for elite to everyday tennis, pickleball, and padel athletes. You will lead product and design reviews, connect with merchandising at key strategy check-ins, and participate in cross-functional meetings to influence design, merchandising and downstream geography partners.

The role requires experience in product management, excellent written and verbal communication, and a strong eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Retail Merchandising, or Business, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of product-related experience.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Problem-solving skills related to product management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee product creation for elite to everyday Tennis, Pickleball and Padel athletes.

What Will You Work On -

You will lead product and design reviews, connect with merchandising at key strategy check-ins, participate in cross-functional meetings, create compelling visual tools to influence design, merchandising and downstream geography partners.

Who Will You Work With-

You will work closely with the Court Product Director as well as Design, TD, Merchandising, Sports Marketing and elite athletes.

Must-Have

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Retail Merchandising, or Business, or equivalent to 2 additional years' relevant work experience or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
• Minimum 4 years' relevant experience in product-related roles
• Clear communication (written and oral)
• Very organized, great attention to detail
• Problem-solving skills related to product management

Nice-To-Have

• Knowledge in performance apparel is a plus
• Previous industry experience preferred

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTIONS

• Equivalent to 2 additional years' relevant work experience may substitute for the degree requirement
