Job summary

Net2Source is seeking a product-focused professional with strong intuition for business and a passion for women’s fashion and performance apparel. You will work across Tennis, Pickleball, and Padel to create elite-to-entry level products, collaborating with design, merchandising, and athletes to drive consumer impact.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in marketing or related field, at least six years in product roles, and proven product management experience; knowledge of performance apparel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Retail Merchandising, or Business.
• Minimum 6 years' relevant experience in product-related roles with product management responsibility.
• Knowledge of performance apparel is a plus; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the product creation for elite to everyday Tennis, Pickleball and Padel athletes.
• Lead product and design reviews and coordinate with merchandising; participate in cross-functional meetings and create visual tools to influence design and strategy.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

• If this is you, you will manage and oversee the product creation for our elite to everyday Tennis, Pickleball and Padel athletes.
• You will lead product and design reviews, connect with merchandising at key strategy check-ins, participate in cross-functional meetings, create compelling visual tools to influence design, merchandising and our downstream geography partners.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

• You will work closely with the Court Product Director as well as Design, TD, Merchandising, Sports Marketing and elite athletes.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Retail Merchandising, Business, an equivalent to 2 additional years' relevant work experience or combination of relevant education, experience,
