Aquent is hiring a Court Apparel - Global Senior PLM / Product Manager to shape athletic apparel lines and drive market strategy for elite and everyday athletes. You will influence design, merchandising, and geography partners while leading product creation for Tennis, Pickleball, and Padel categories.

You will collaborate with Design, Technical Development, Merchandising, and Sports Marketing to ensure successful launches and clear strategic execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Retail Merchandising, Business or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of product-related experience including product management.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and oversee the product creation lifecycle for athletic apparel, focusing on categories such as Tennis, Pickleball, and Padel for elite to everyday athletes.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including Design, Technical Development, Merchandising, and Sports Marketing to ensure seamless product development and launch.

What You Bring:

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Retail Merchandising, Business, or an equivalent combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in product-related roles.
• Demonstrated product management experience.
• Exceptional clear communication skills, both written and oral.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven problem-solving skills, particularly within a product management context.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
• Heightened awareness of women's fashion and performance industries, including competitive landscape analysis.
• A passion for women's products.
• A proven track record of positively influencing internal and external partners.
• Ability to operate effectively and create clarity in ambiguous situations.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Knowledge in performance apparel.
• Proficiency with Keynote and Excel.
