Rockwell Automation seeks a senior hardware engineering leader to shape next-generation industrial control platforms. You will guide 3–4 managers and their teams, balancing near-term product delivery with long-term improvements across technology platforms and development systems.

You will influence investments, engineering practices, and talent strategy across a global organization, reporting to the VP of Hardware Engineering.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Domestic travel up to 10% is required.
• Experience leading multiple engineering teams or a large single team through complex product development.

Aufgaben

• Lead 3–4 managers or team leads and their hardware teams to improve performance and accountability.
• Own hardware execution from requirements through validation, certification, and release.
• Influence product investments, technology choices, and engineering practices across programs.
• Partner with Product Management, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to optimize outcomes.
• Drive a scalable engineering system with improved predictability, cost, and speed of learning.
