Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least three years of related work experience.
• Sourcing experience in indirect categories, excluding IT and Contingent Labor.
• Basic financial analysis and cost-savings experience.
• Strong Excel skills and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing activities, including category strategy development and RFx execution.
• Negotiate commercial terms, rebates, SLAs, and renewal protections.
• Analyze supplier proposals, TCO, and benchmarking data.
• Drive vendor value creation and monitor performance against contracts.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, IT/Security and stakeholders.
