Apple seeks a Senior Health Privacy Counsel to join its Privacy Legal team in Cupertino. You will advise on health privacy law, guide cross‑functional business, engineering and product teams, and help shape privacy by design across devices and services globally.

You will stay abreast of evolving health privacy regulations, coordinate internal investigations, and communicate complex regulatory requirements in clear, actionable terms to executives and engineers.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in health privacy law and/or health research.
• Knowledge of comprehensive privacy laws and regulatory guidance.
• Understanding of US health privacy laws and research-based requirements.
• Experience providing strategic advice to product, business, and engineering teams.
• JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar.

Responsabilidades

• Advise on health privacy laws, regulations, and standards.
• Provide strategic and practical privacy guidance to product, business, and engineering teams.
• Support and monitor privacy programs to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate internal and external investigations and reviews.
