Job summary

You will support and lead privacy programs, draft and negotiate privacy contracts, and partner with advertising and services marketing teams while staying ahead of evolving laws and industry standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years professional legal experience advising on privacy laws.
• Knowledge of comprehensive privacy laws and regulatory guidance.
• Deep understanding of US state and federal privacy laws.
• Excellent communication with senior leaders and cross-functional teammates.
• Experience drafting and negotiating privacy related contracts.

Responsibilities

• Advise the business on legal, regulatory, and privacy standards.
• Support and monitor a privacy program to ensure compliance.
