Apple, Inc. in New York City seeks a Senior Privacy Counsel to advise on privacy issues across Apple products and services. You will work with legal, engineering and business teams to design privacy solutions and support regulatory matters globally.

As part of the Privacy Legal team, you will help ensure compliance with evolving privacy laws, coordinate investigations, and advise senior leaders on risk and strategy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional legal experience advising on privacy laws.
• Knowledge of comprehensive privacy laws and guidance.
• Deep understanding of US state and federal privacy laws.
• Excellent communication with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Experience with issue spotting and privacy advice.
• Experience drafting and negotiating privacy contracts.
• Strong analytics with attention to detail.
• JD or equivalent with 4–10 years in privacy and US state bar.
