Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in Rockford, IL is seeking an EHS professional to support the site EHS Manager and Management Team in developing, implementing, maintaining, and improving PCI’s EHS programs at the Rockford site. You will engage both leaders and employees to drive safer operations.

You will assist in incident investigations, training, OSHA recordkeeping, and coordinating safety committees while ensuring compliance with PCI’s EHS policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s Degree in EHS related field and 1–5 years related work experience.
• Advanced computer skills to perform complex tasks and operate various programs.
• Full professional proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing for professional needs.
• Strong reasoning abilities to define problems, analyze data, and draw conclusions.
• High standard of report writing.

Responsibilities

• Support the EHS Manager and Site Management in implementing and maintaining site-wide EHS programs.
• Assist in development and implementation of site-specific procedures to reduce incidents and support Global EHS programs.
• Maintain OSHA 300 log and internal incident databases; lead safety committees to engage employees.
