Job summary

Jobgether SRL in the United States seeks a Sr. Director, Value Creation Insights to lead a global analytics organization turning commercial data into decisions that accelerate revenue and GTM efficiency.

You will manage ~30 analysts across time zones, partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Revenue Operations, and drive AI-enabled analytics, forecasting, and influential storytelling for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in analytics, data science, data engineering, or closely related discipline.
• At least 4 years of people management experience.
• Deep expertise in Snowflake, SQL, dbt, and modern data-stack technologies.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-powered analytics, AI agents, and automated workflows built on governed data models.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Value Creation Insights organization across time zones.
• Own revenue forecasting analytics, models, and variance analysis with FP&A.
• Govern demand-generation reporting and funnel performance metrics.
• Develop and operationalize AI-enabled analytics and scoring within GTM workflows.
• Oversee analytics engineering including data pipelines and semantic-layer architecture.
