This leadership role leads complex, cross‑functional initiatives, aligns programs with portfolio and organisational priorities, manages financial and resource planning, and provides concise, executive‑level visibility into program performance.

You will operate as the strategic engine behind program execution and transformation, directly shaping how a multi‑billion‑dollar global division delivers next‑generation diagnostic platforms. Your leadership will determine how innovation is translated into commercial success across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading transformation in a senior leadership capacity.
• Over 12 years of Program/Project Management experience, including 5+ years overseeing complex, cross‑functional product development portfolios.
• Proven background in highly regulated settings (IVD, medical devices, or life sciences), with comprehensive understanding of design control, ISO 13485 quality frameworks, and FDA, IVDR, and CE regulatory pathways.
• Track record guiding and mentoring Project Managers, fostering talent growth, defining performance expectations, and driving effective execution of complex, multi‑program projects.
• Successful history of overseeing new product development and lifecycle programmes, guiding products from concept to market with accountability for schedule, cost, and compliance performance.
