• Seven+ years in project/program management.

Responsibilities

• Represent MassChallenge at biotech/medtech events and conferences.
• Build and maintain a senior leader network across biotech and pharma.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Breakthrough Bio program.
• Develop partnerships with mentors, speakers, and industry collaborators.
• Establish feedback loops and program performance metrics.
