Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Master’s degree in Real Estate Development preferred.
• 8+ years of construction experience.
• Experience delivering construction projects through full lifecycle and managing external parties.

Responsibilities

• Deliver construction projects through full lifecycle and ensure on-time, within budget and to quality.
• Lead construction workstreams in major DHL CRE projects.
• Coordinate with business development, solutions design, operations and finance ensuring alignment with requirements.
• Provide expert construction knowledge and implement global processes.
• Develop tools and templates to optimize delivery, including cost tracking and bid packages.
