Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Construction Management, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years in cost management, cost modeling, sophisticated analytics, and commercial bid analytics within global construction capital projects (e.g., cleanroom, hospital, pharma, or high-tech manufacturing).
• Proven expertise in bid assessment (bid tabs, scope normalization, bid leveling) and delivery approaches (Cost Plus, GMP, Lump Sum, Unit-Rate/SOV, T&M).
• Practical experience with analytics platforms (Tableau, Power BI) and ERP/project management systems (SAP, Ariba, Procore).

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive bid analytics for global construction and semiconductor infrastructure packages.
• Develop and maintain should-cost and clean-sheet models for fab, cleanroom, chemical building, and process-utility scopes including labor, materials, equipment, indirects, overhead/fee, contingency, and blocking issues.
• Analyze cost drivers and variances; identify risks, opportunities, and market trends for mega-capital programs.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, risk heatmaps, and scenario analyses with Excel, Power BI, or similar.
• Track cost performance against budgets and ensure data integrity across datasets.
