Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (Master’s in HR, MBA in HR or related) preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Compensation in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Strong working knowledge of compensation practices, market benchmarking, and applicable laws/regulations, with ability to translate market data into actionable compensation solutions.
• Advanced quantitative and analytical skills, including experience with data analysis, modeling, and visualization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow, Copilot, HRIS/reporting tools).
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-enabled productivity and analytical tools to enhance data analysis, research, reporting, and decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Support design, strategy, communication, and implementation of global Compensation programs.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and data analysis to develop competitive, equitable compensation solutions.
• Contribute to governance and projects, identifying and implementing process and policy enhancements.
• Provide guidance on global Compensation policies, including year-round and year-end administration.
• Perform job evaluations and prepare salary recommendations for senior leadership; ensure compliance and data integrity.
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners using analytics to inform hiring, retention, and compensation decisions.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability of compensation research, reporting, and presentation development.
• Apply AI insights to compensation modeling, benchmarking, job evaluation, and workforce analytics.
• Ensure responsible use of AI with data governance and compliance.
