Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Sr Product Management Specialist - Semiconductor to lead the strategy and lifecycle of our semiconductor portfolio. Based in Lincolnshire, IL with a hybrid schedule, you will collaborate with engineering, marketing and sales to deliver market-ready solutions that meet business goals.

You will drive roadmaps, analyze market trends, and influence stakeholders to accelerate product success while ensuring alignment with our technology leadership and customer needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in semiconductor product management or related technical roles.
• 3+ years with product lifecycle management and market dynamics.
• 3+ years with market trends, customer requirements, and competitive products.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, marketing, and sales to deliver products.
• Familiarity with semiconductor design tools and manufacturing processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for semiconductor products aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales and manufacturing teams to define product requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch and post-launch support.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and communication to support product initiatives and business growth.
