Job summary

Suno, Inc. is seeking a results-driven SEM Manager to own paid search strategy across Google, Bing, and Apple Search Ads.

You will collaborate with the Growth Marketing, Data Science, Finance, and Creative teams to scale enterprise accounts with the discipline Suno requires. This role demands ownership, a proven ability to manage multi-million budgets, rigorous testing, and the creation of dashboards and tools to accelerate decision-making.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in SEM / paid search.
• Deep platform expertise in conversion tracking and attribution.
• Experience managing large media budgets with examples.
• Experience with international campaigns in non-English markets.
• Knowledge of UAC dynamics and MMP attribution modeling.
• Hands-on with bulk/offline editors for large-scale accounts.
• Strong reporting, bid management, and test planning.
• Ability to explain SEM trends to cross-functional teams.
• Proven collaboration with Data and Engineering partners.
• Comfort using Claude or similar AI tools to speed work.
• Proficiency in Excel; SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage SEM networks including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Apple Search Ads; set budgets and audience strategy.
• Own global channel performance across web and app in multiple markets.
• Drive KPIs by optimizing campaigns from impression to subscription; manage cross-channel overlap.
• Analyze campaigns and provide actionable insights to the Growth team.
• Build tools and dashboards using AI and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with Creative, Lifecycle, Engineering, and Data Science teams.
• Manage channel partner relationships including beta access and billing.
• Develop a testing roadmap leveraging industry knowledge and platform betas.
