Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on SEM experience across Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Proven track record of end-to-end campaign management and optimization.
• Strong understanding of SEM buying models, tracking, and attribution.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, manipulation and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to explain performance and rationale clearly.
• Highly self-motivated with ownership and ability to work independently as a contractor.
• Meticulous attention to detail in all campaign setups and executions.

Responsibilities

• Closely monitor campaign delivery, pacing, and performance against KPIs.
• Execute data-driven SEM optimizations globally to meet efficiency, growth, and ROI targets.
• Manage end-to-end execution of updates to global SEM campaigns across keyword/build, ad copy, and structure.
• Provide clear, concise updates and performance insights to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Articulate performance metrics and the reasoning behind optimization decisions.
