The role is onsite three days per week in North Chicago, IL, requiring coordination of enterprise-level initiatives approved through PMO governance. Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with a structured intake and delivery model.
• Experience supporting PMO governance and executive decision-making.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide security programs as part of a global transformation.
• Coordinate initiatives approved through PMO governance and steerCo forums.
• Facilitate executive decision-making and risk/ tradeoff analyses.
• Collaborate across Security, BTS, HR, Legal, Compliance, and Regions to drive change.
