Job summary

Acuity International seeks a seasoned security trainer to deliver DoS Protective Security training and field protection support for Local Nationals overseas. Responsibilities include classroom and field instruction, mission planning coordination, and leadership of integrated LN teams in austere environments.

Ideal candidates have multiple years of protective security and firearms instruction experience, valid U.S. credentials, and the ability to operate across international postings.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as an instructor in a security field.
• Minimum 1 year of full-time firearms instructor experience on government training assignments.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in protective security with related roles and progression.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License.
• Valid U.S. Passport with 6+ months validity.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Must pass the pre-employment PRT.

Responsibilities

• Conduct integration training for Local Nationals in overseas locations.
• Liaise with training entities involved with WPS III and LN integration.
• Direct and mentor LN protective security personnel on a day-to-day basis.
• Ensure PRS assignments with LN personnel follow Post policy.
• Coordinate mission planning for PRS assignments in TO environments.
• Coordinate and conduct training and firearms re-qualifications for LNs overseas.
• Perform day-to-day personal protective security functions as required.
