Qualifications

• 10+ years leading global technical sales teams.
• Mastery of enterprise, agentic, cloud, and security operations solutions (e.g. SASE, Hybrid Mesh Firewall, Identity, SIEM/SOAR, AI/Agentic Security, Frontier AI Models).
• Proven ability to lead executive-level discussions while influencing product roadmaps.
• Experience engaging with large, complex customers and partners.
• Global, cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Finance, HR, and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Technical Orchestration: define the cross-architecture roadmap with BU, Global Solutions Engineering, and Sales leadership.
• Technical Governance & Influence: ensure field insights shape product features and GTM roadmaps.
• Incubation & Innovation: lead the strategy for secure networking and cross-architecture tech.
• Mentorship of Elite Talent: foster learning and excellence within the team.
• Thought Leadership & Executive Presence: engage with executives and industry bodies to showcase Cisco's differentiation.
• Operational Rigor: manage headcount, budget, and resources with measurable impact.
