Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Global Security Services Business Operations Manager to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will oversee business operations support for a global security organization, with a strong focus on planning, budgeting, and long-range financial management. The position will also drive process improvement, strengthen training and education efforts, and help align priorities across multiple security disciplines. This is a highly cross-functional role that supports operational effectiveness, accountability, and risk awareness across the organization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $157,200 – $298,800 annually
