Axon is seeking a GSOC operations professional to monitor alarms, CCTV, and respond to security incidents across global operations. You will coordinate with ERT, dispatch officers, and maintain incident records, ensuring confidentiality and rapid response under pressure.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, escalation of threats, and ongoing monitoring of security intelligence, while supporting projects and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in security operations or related fields.
• Familiarity with CCTV monitoring systems and protocols.
• Ability to multitask and communicate clearly under pressure.
• Professional demeanor in all interactions and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alarms and CCTV, dispatch security personnel as needed.
• Respond to life safety incidents and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Create dispatch records and incident reports during shifts.
• Collaborate with Emergency Response Team (ERT) and monitor global security events.
• Troubleshoot security systems to ensure proper functionality.
