The Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Supervisor will lead a team of GSOC operators to deliver a seamless and efficient customer service and incident management experience. This role involves developing and implementing SOPs for GSOC systems monitoring, incident response, and escalations. The ideal candidate is experienced with incident response, crisis management, and basic troubleshooting of physical security systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of GSOC operators who monitor for, and respond to, physical security incidents.
• Develop and implement emergency management protocols and procedures to enhance crisis response capabilities.
• Collaborate with Risk Intelligence, IT, and InfoSec to respond to incidents.
• Conduct regular training and exercises to prepare GSOC staff to respond to incidents.
• Collaborate with the Security Systems team to report malfunctions, conduct troubleshooting, and identify use cases for new tools.
• Implement and maintain a culture of customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in GSOC operations.

Work Environment
