Job summary

Saronic Technologies Inc. is seeking a GSOC Operator to deliver seamless customer service and incident management in a fast-paced security environment.

You will monitor physical security systems, respond to incidents, and escalate per protocol while coordinating with Risk Intelligence, IT, and InfoSec to ensure swift containment. This role requires strong customer service skills, incident response experience, and collaboration across business units.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Work Environment/Physical Demands:

• Extended hours may be necessary to support mission-critical operations.

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Lifting and carrying items up to 20 pounds occasionally (e.g., system hardware).
