Job summary

Crisis24 is seeking a GSOC Analyst in Menlo Park, CA to monitor global security events, respond to alerts, and coordinate communications across teams. You’ll analyze data from multiple sources, prepare incident reports, and maintain situational awareness for leadership and clients.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite, and the ability to work 8–12 hour shifts including nights. NDA and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military or work experience required or strongly preferred.
• Experience in Executive Protection, Intelligence, Operations, Critical Incident Management, or Corporate Security desirable.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Monitor global security events and respond to incidents with timely coordination.
• Write security incident reports and communicate risks to management.
• Collect and evaluate intelligence to support action plans.
• Contribute to risk assessment projects and security procedures.
• Collaborate with onsite and remote security teams.
